Joseph Addai became a powerful weapon after James left the Colts. Addai has the ability to run and break tackles when ever and where ever on the field. Joseph Addai and the Colts were down alot this year. Manning did not play as he was capable of playing and Addai his self could not preform as well as he had wished.

Addai did not have as much help up front from his blockers, and that had a huge effect on his running game. Addai rushed for 544 yards on 155 attempts which he averaged just about 4 yards a carry and tacked on 5 touchdowns. Addai needs to work harder in the off-season and improve on his speed. He does have some wheels but everyone knows he is capable of running much harder but all he needs is some extra work. If manning and Joseph Addai and the receivers stay healthy and work hard in training camp, I believe this team will be top in the division and good playoff contenders.

Not the greatest start for our guy Joseph Addai. He only had 12 carries for 44 yards unfortunately as the Bears just shut down the Indy running game. The offensive line of the Colts had several new starters that really seemed to struggle to get Joseph any room to run. He left in the 4th quarter due to a head injury as well but the outlook on that is good. Addai is expected to play in week 2 and be at full strength. Tony Dungy even said he would have put him back in that game if it was closer near the end.

So one game down and the Colts are 0-1. Let’s get off to a good start at Minnesota this weekend Joseph and Co.
